I had a message asking me not to bother them with request for items to raise money just to send kids and their families on a trip to Lapland firstly these kids are British kids that are all very seriously ill or terminally secondly it will probably be the last time they will get a chance to have a holiday as a family and finally I hope to god I will never get to go on one of the trips if you would like to see where the donations caring people like( ukcamo/Baits direct/Dynamite baits/Blacksilver baits and Sconezone floats ) go please click the link below http://www.whenyouwishuponastar.org.uk/lapland.html

Anyone would think I was expecting them to send huge amount of gear the company is a large bait supplier
a bag of bloody boilies would have been appreciated I don't ask for much even a young lad using his pocket money sent me a packet of hooks for the raffle if you would like to donate a prize please post on here or pm me for details. If you think its a Waste of time and money scratch

I got involved Three years ago when my best mates grandson died only a few months old and thought it would be a great way of remembering him.
While looking for a worthy cause I saw a link to their website and it seemed like the ideal charity as all the money we raise goes to help seriously and terminally ill children
so we organized a match and it proved popular this year we are hoping to raise enough money to make wishes come true by paying for a place on a trip organized each year by the charity for two very ill very brave children and their carers to go to Lapland the amount we have to raise is £1400 last year we only managed to sponsor one child so we need all the help we can get which is why I am starting early so please even if its only a packet of hooks or a disgorger please give us your support.
All details about the event its sponsors and the charity can be found on their website by clicking the link below
