Easy Access Fishing Marks

Hi could you help i am looking for easy access fishing marks around

Skegness.
Boston.
kings Lynn
Great Yarmouth The fishing marks are required for a map and this can be found at

This would benefit them that are not able to get to marks that some able bodied anglers can get to the information i am looking for is:-

• Can you fish from the back of the car.
  Any parking bays for disabled drivers.
  Could they get to the fishing location if they are in a wheel chair.
  Any shelter available.
  Any tackle shops near by.
  Any refreshments near by.
  Any information on the fishing requirements Bait, Rigs , Best time of year.
  Any dangers.
