Had an invite from Ryan and his dad to fish for Yorkshire in the War of the Roses match held at Fleetwood and glad accepted we not only won the match by a good margin but I won overall and Ryan also got valuable points for the team looking forward to the return match in three weeks time in Hull anyone wishing to fish for the Red or White rose will be made welcome full results as follows

I'd like to attend though dont know if its going to be possible.
Also not sure on the marks your fishing ie: rough ground/sandy/kelp etc as I only have my mag elite and its not really any good on rough ground.

Think its a safe bet I'll be going, I struggle dropping cast short, but guess I'll have to. Just picked up new rod (well 2nd hand) Greys apollo (14ft) need another multiplier if any going cheap, mag elite, or penn 525/535 preferable.
