Hi all,

Here are a few tips on FREE baits that i got out of the Angling Mail!

1.) Elderberries; Fished on the hook in conjeunction with loose feed hemp these ar deadly in Autumn for roach, chub and 100% safe and tasty if u fancy a bite!

2.) Waspgrubs And Cake; Dangerous to collect but this may be the Ultimate chub bait, and was highly sort after in the good old days!

3.) Slugs; Often mentioned, but haveyou tried one? A single slug,free lined, can pick up even the craftiest of chub! Gear up a the bites can be savage.

4.) Grass Hoppers; Crickets and Grass Hoppers are both great baits but it can be a bit hard to capture them!

5.) Caddisfly Larvae; An old time fav for big Roach! These odd like creepies make homes out of sand by sticking to eachother with their own glue!

6.) Caterpillars; From small to big, these little chaps are great baits under float tackle!

if your trying elderberry on the hook put a few in with the loosefeed hemp.
i actualy won a match on a carp lake with over a 100lb of carp fishing up in water elderberry on hook & loose feeding hemp, casters & wheat
