Erewash Restoration Project
The following is a thread from fly fishing forum a great idea
the event will be held on the 10th of Feb i know its short notice
but i have only just seen the thread all who would like further information
or would like to advertise a simular or charity event let me put on a post
in the relivent forum and i will sticky it for you
Hi,
I've set up this thread, to try and coordinate the interest in the restoration of the Erewash as a wild unstocked trout stream.
The intention is to set a date for a riverside walk along different sections of the Erewash, to decide upon a suitable location.
Any interested parties are welcome.
any further information can be found here

Re: Erewash Restoration Project
I have seen pics of the said river and was shocked to see how the river had been treated by what I can only describe as fly tipping. I hope this project works out as it is very achievable to restore it back to its original glory. If I had known about this earlier I would of made arrangements to travel over and help.
