We did a 24hr Fishin at Birch House Fishery Brailsford thank you Pat and Mick the bailiffs and David Goodall the owner who gave us permission to fish the 24hrs free of charge. 			<description>Well following on from our 24hr darts &amp; charity W/E at Pine Trees, myself &amp; John are doing a 24hr sponcered fish for the same charity Derbyshire Childrens Holiday Home in Skeggy.

 We have been given special permission from the owner of Birch House fishery at Brailsford to do the 24hrs in one go as they only allow fishing from Dawn to Dusk.

  We are also being sponsored by Carp Vader for the event.we are also going the rounds of the tackle shops ect for raffle prizes to run a raffle  ...</description>

After the huge success of this years fishing Festival we can confirm that we will be making this an annual event. 



The 2009 event will be held over the weekend of the 6th and 7th of June and will broadly be run in the same way as this years event.



It will be held again at the Manderson Trust lakes between Cambridge and Huntingdon, which is a fully accessible fishery.

we host charity fishing matches in aid of breast cancer , so far we have been running for 4 years , and raised just over £18000 , £9300 of that this year alone ,

			<description>Next April   DERBY DISABLED ANGLING CLUB in conjuction with ANGLINGPOSTS are holding a Charity weekend at Pine Trees Holiday site  near Skegness where Johns daughter works and lives. They have 2 lakes but we are using the New lake.
