i am totally against a sea fishing license because i dont think
the money raised from the licenses will benifit anglers
as it won't stop netting or restock the fish
or keep beaches free of dog mess and other rubbish left mainly by other beach users
and if they did why should anglers have to pay for it all
the sea belongs to no man and should be free for all to enjoy (exept maybe jet skiers)

Yes I have to agree with all the above, If I thought it would benefit sea angling I would be all for it.
But I am sure it will come so how about an exemption for disabled anglers?

i don't see why not, coarse angling licenses have a concessionary rate for disabled anglers and so do many clubs.
