sea fishing licences

hopefully it would help monitor sea anglers using piers and sea walls and
who know's with a bit of thought hatcheries for marine species restocking
is not without the bounds of probabillityalso i could be used to police area where
sea anglers fish I know this is a bit of a strech but if you take into acount the
ever increasing instance of drinking and loutish behaviour and in some cases
violence that are being reported because of a minorityof dare I say yob's and drunks I witnessed it on a couple of occasions one in england and one in scotland where a couple of loud and obnoctouse idiots were spoiling the fun of other anglers I dont know as i said maybe a bit of a stretch but who knows???
